The statement “Change Feels Good” is not true, real, or correct without us choosing for it to be so. Change is neither good nor bad without us experiencing it in that way. While you may, or may not have control over what changes, or how it changes, what you do have control over is your experience of a change and how you respond to it.

Change Feels Good is a presupposition, the frame you pick out to paint your success. It is not about cushioning the stress of change with a good feeling, it is about our innate condition to be naturally drawn to feeling good. When the change you desire feels good, the struggle becomes a dance and the battle becomes a game.

Change Feels Good Story

I founded Change Feels Good in 2004 as a Coaching and Hypnotherapy practice. I quickly discovered a talent for helping people with their communication and relationships (both professionally and personally). In 2008 I stepped up my game with regards to training groups, by running workshops and courses for Pilgrims Language Training. I went on (and continue) to Coach and train for organisations such as English by Octorial, The Challenge, Worth-it, Forum Training, Two’s Company and My Bnk, alongside my original one-to-one private Coaching practice.
