I’m Jonny Baker, a passionate, perceptive and purposeful Psychologist, Trainer, Coach and Hypnotherapist. My paradigm is that non-verbal communication skills are valued in equal measure to core subjects, such as English, Maths and Science. That educators, executives and entrepreneurs alike don’t think twice in delivering powerful speeches, presentations and pitches. That there is no need for anyone to feel socially isolated, victimised, or oppressed. This is how I am able to “be the change I wish to see in the world!”

Background

My qualifications include a masters degree in the Psychology of Education, a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, an Advanced Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Diploma in Hypnotherapy. I have been coaching people one-to-one for their communication since 2004 and I have been facilitating transformational training courses for communication and other disciplines since 2008.

My approach is one of integrity, innovation and impact. Leading by example, I never expect anyone to do anything I would not be prepared to do. I am inspired and lead by the realm of the unknown, stretching our ideas of what is possible to achieve remarkable results with people and I accomplish this through being flexible, responsive and adaptable.

The results of which were higher than any other course in the history of the company (Pilgrims Language Courses, part of Instill Education). Results show that 72% of participants strongly agreed that their confidence had improved, 70% strongly agreed that the courses were well organised, 78% strongly agreed that the trainers were well prepared and 75% strongly agreed that they were challenged to grow.
