Mind BathMind Bath is quite simply a sanctuary. It gives you maximum relaxation in minimum time. Mind Bath is a multi-sensory, immersive, deep-trance relaxation environment, combining mindful hypnosis, original ambient music, relaxing lighting effects and aromatherapy. A session lasts 20 minutes (optimum cat-nap length) and goes 20 miles deep. Participants emerge refreshed and rejuvenated and over time increase their ability to be relaxed on demand, a perfect way to start the day, or spend a lunch break with a healthy, nutritious lunch provided as optional extra.
