What is Coaching?
Coaching is a series of conversations like no other. The coach is 'present' with the coachee in a way that the coachee may never have previously experienced, creating an environment of empathy, trust, non-judgement, accountability and integrity and a compelling movement for positive change. What you find is a space to consciously choose and take positive action, where previously you were stuck in an unwanted pattern of thinking or behaving.
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis as a way to access and make changes to the subconscious mind, manifested through changes in thoughts, feelings and behaviours. After engaging in coaching conversations to understand fully where your solution and barriers to your solution lie, the Hypnotherapist helps you to become profoundly relaxed, then skillfully uses their own behaviour and language to create metaphors and suggestions to embed your desired change.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a broad and multi-faceted system for creating excellence by re-programming our patterns of thinking, feeling and behaviour. In NLP we each have maps of the world which are created through our sensory experience and make up our version of reality. The NLP Practitioner helps you to become aware of and effectively re-draw your own map/s.

What is Resilience?
Resilience is one's capacity to remain unaffected by the negative effects of stress. Stress becomes a friend and used to one's advantage. Many describe resilience as an ability to 'bounce back', but I think 'bouncing forward' would be more appropriate, as in overcoming barriers to wellbeing and success, we never really go back to where we were, we always move forward and learn.
