Cancellation Policy

It is your right to choose not to work with me (for any reason) and it is my right to choose not to work with you for any reason (for any reason). If this is a choice either of us make, we must do so within the boundaries of this policy.

Why this Cancellation Policy Exists

Your appointments and wellbeing are very important to you and me both. I understand that there may be occasions where either party have no option but to cancel, or postpone appointments.

If this should happen, it is important that we each give as much notice as possible. This way someone else, who may need the appointment slot, may be able to take it. Conversely if I should need to cancel, I can avoid wasting your time too.

I therefore respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellation, or postponement.

It is for this reason that charges apply if cancellations, or postponements are made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Ensuring Communications are Received

In order for both of us to receive important messages from one-another in good time, we need to ensure that messages don’t get filtered out as spam, or junk. With this in mind, please:

  • Add my email address and phone number to your contacts and/or whitelist (I will do the same with your details)
  • Request postponements, or cancellations with a phone call, or text message, in addition to an email (preferably all 3) to make sure I receive them ASAP (I will do the same)

Single Session Packages

With at least 48 hours notice, you can cancel a single session package without charge. If you paid in advance I would give you a full refund for the cancelled session.

If you cancel your session within 48 hours, the payment for that session will remain without refund.

Multi-Session Packages

With at least 48 hours notice, you can cancel any remaining sessions in your package and receive a refund at the rate of the combination of available packages that meets the number of sessions you have actually had.

For example, if you had originally paid for [A] a 12 session Coaching package (£480 in total) and cancelled after 7 sessions, it would be treated as if you had booked [B] a 6 session package, plus a 1 session package (£370 in total). This means I would give you a refund of the total for A, minus the total for B (£480-£370=£110).

If you cancel a session within 48 hours, the payment for that session will remain without refund.

If for any reason I need to cancel, I would give you a refund for any sessions I cancelled, at the the rate of the package you had originally paid for.

Postponement Policy

With at least 48 hours notice, you can postpone a session to a mutually agreeable date and the payment would carry over to the rescheduled session.

If you postpone within 48 hours, the payment for that session would remain without refund.

With at least 48 hours notice, I can also postpone sessions to a mutually agreeable date and the payment would carry over to the rescheduled session.

If I were to postpone within 48 hours I would offer you an extra session for free, or offer you a refund of the payment for that session, at the rate of the package you originally paid for.

Non-Attendance Policy

In the case of non-attendance without postponement, or cancellation, the payment for that session would remain without refund, whether you booked in advance, or not.

If I were not to attend, without postponement, or cancellation, I would refund that session and offer you an additional free session.
