Manifestation From The Inside-Out - Fulfilment Begets Success

This manifestation meditation audio course is a complete process to: think new thoughts, believe new beliefs, feel new emotions, discover new opportunities and experience a new world!

Manifestation From The Inside-Out - In Summary

Whether you have a sense that the world/universe is hostile and scarce, or welcoming and generous, what you have is not so much a description of how the world is, but a belief about the world that fulfils itself. Foster a new belief and you change the world… change the universe! New opportunities that may otherwise have been missed present themselves and this can not only help you to become more successful, wealthy and fulfilled, but healthy, vibrant and joyful!

Master the alchemy of crafting your own affirmations and visualisations; build a daily practice that makes manifestation your new normal; use the classroom to and your journal to gain assistance and to develop and perpetuate your practice.

Soundscape and words are produced and created by me, influenced by the work of Carl Jung and Dr. Joe Dispenza.

If you find it difficult to distinguish imagined content from the content of reality, it is recommended that you only use this course with approval from a medical professional.

Lets Begin the Lessons!

Start with Lesson 1 below, or explore any lesson that feels relevant to you. You don't necessarily need to complete the course in order.

The secret delight in manifesting is not what you get, but what you get to give!

Part 1: Going all in - manifesting is investing! In this “eyes open” lesson you will learn the importance of: consciously bypassing the “sameness mode” of your brain; investing your attention in subtle thoughts and feelings until they grow and take on their own momentum; sacrifice and taking deliberate action in manifesting; engaging joyfully with the process and being delighted when something appears to be magical and approaching synchronicities as a dialogue between you and the universe.

Part 2: The Role of Community and Journaling in Manifesting In this “eyes open” lesson you will learn the utility of: feeding your learning forward (using your newly gained wisdom and experiences to help nurture others who may be following in your footsteps); journaling your manifesting development and being active in the course classroom.

you
00:32
manifesting is investing. Unlike most investments, this investment involves investing in yourself.
00:44
If your investment is not performing, you can do something about it.
00:52
through manifesting, you can multiply what you put in for you.
01:02
The universe is generous, but you need to make the first moves with integrity and dedication.
01:16
Thoughts are words and words conjure images and emotions. Thinking is like breathing. It happens automatically. But when you think about breathing, you can shape your breathing. You can choose to breathe quickly or slowly, shallowly or deeply.
01:45
through your mouth or through your nose.
01:52
You can even choose to hold your breath for a time.
01:58
While you may not be able to stop your automatic thoughts directly, you can change the way they sound and even think new thoughts in new ways.
02:16
Your brain likes familiarity most of the time.
02:21
doesn't really care whether you feel satisfied and fulfilled or miserable and anxious.
02:32
If what you think, feel, do and how you engage with your environment is familiar, your system can function more economically.
02:51
However, by investing a little more energy, you can shift gears.
03:00
change your brain and manifest a new self-determined way of showing up in the world and a new reality.
03:17
Once you are firmly on the path of your self-determined reality, once this is familiar,
03:27
Your brain will help you to keep it consistent.
03:36
your consciousness in contrast, which may not be entirely localized to your brain, is not limited by having been optimized the sameness.
03:53
Quite the contrary. Your consciousness can choose thoughts to think and then emotions follow.
04:08
In time and with familiarity, these thoughts are generalized and become beliefs which produce behaviors that directly and indirectly change your environment.
04:30
The notion that the presence of consciousness alters the nature of matter is no longer far-fetched.
04:46
Some word and feeling combinations contain a greater emotional charge than others.
04:57
When you want to make a change in your life, you may need to invest your presence in an emotion that is ultimately better for you, but has a lower charge, a lower strength.
05:20
This involves being willing to go beyond a stronger and more detrimental but temptingly familiar feeling.
05:33
in favour of a more subtle yet nourishing feeling.
05:43
You don't need to get this right every time. But you do need to be prepared to make this sacrifice.
05:56
And this builds the skill of delaying gratification.
06:06
with practice soon enough and quicker than you may think.
06:15
The emotion that serves you well will become more and more familiar and amplify in intensity.
06:30
Manifesting your deepest desires requires mental and behavioral work.
06:41
Many manifestation processes focus on the mental.
06:50
which can seem on the surface to be enough for your desires to simply fall into your lap.
07:05
There's something deliciously appealing about rubbing a lamp, making a wish.
07:15
sitting back and waiting for it to come true.
07:23
Well, anything is possible, even if there is little precedent for it.
07:36
However...
07:39
if you approach manifestation.
07:45
by repeating your affirmations and visualising your future without walking the talk and changing what you do.
08:00
things may not work out the way you had anticipated.
08:10
Personally, even if I were able to manifest in this way, I wouldn't want to.
08:20
Ordering a takeaway occasionally is nice, but when you buy quality ingredients, invest your time and apply your love and creativity in preparing a meal.
08:40
You can open up a new world of satisfaction and health benefits that you can't get from ordering in.
08:53
true fulfilment is multiplied by your personal contribution.
09:07
Contributing something must necessarily involve sacrificing something else.
09:17
In this case, your energy and your time were sacrificed and most importantly, instant gratification was sacrificed for a greater, more complex system of rewards and possibilities.
09:43
Preparing a meal requires applying your existing skills and acquiring new ones. Being creative, solving problems and fulfilling a need for yourself and or others.
10:04
It's a multi-sensory, multi-faceted experience.
10:13
Sacrifice in this sense is not a symptom of scarcity but a demonstration of your belief in an abundant world.
10:29
When what you give away or let go of is integrated into your manifestation process, what you ultimately receive is sweeter, deeper, more worthwhile and longer lasting.
10:57
One of the things that is enticing about manifestation is the sense of magic that the universe or the quantum field has.
11:11
that it is an invisible force, a living entity that responds to and dances in sync with the vibrations of your thoughts and feelings.
11:32
I genuinely feel that this is happening. Furthermore, there's a growing amount of multidisciplinary research that indicates this could be objectively true.
11:50
As alluded to earlier, it can be tempting to believe that this phenomenon requires only manifestation occurring exclusively in the mind without complementing it with behavioural change, skipping the deliberate action.
12:20
I believe that when we include the physical, the body, deliberate action and formation of new habits along with more internal thoughts and feelings, the vibrations can be amplified and the dance re-energised.
12:47
If you make changes happen with your new actions and habits, you will not block the magic of the universe or the field.
13:02
On the contrary, the field will become more active.
13:10
By folding in the physical with the metaphysical, you honour your place on the earth.
13:21
along with the transcendent you.
13:27
And there's a sense of wholeness and oneness that comes with that.
13:37
a realization that these parts are one in the same.
13:48
This magic is exciting, beautiful and awe inspiring.
13:57
How wonderful to notice when something that happens is just too much of a coincidence to be a coincidence.
14:12
be left speechless at how something amazing reveals itself to you indicating that you're on the right path.
14:30
that what you're putting in is making waves.
14:39
Inspired by ancient eastern wisdom, Carl Jung recognised the importance of the mystical. He identified synchronicities as those moments where your dreams converge with waking life.
15:04
and framed these events as evidence that life is flowing in the direction that was consciously intended.
15:21
while engaging in the manifesting process.
15:26
You might notice something unexpected during your day that reminds you of something you had manifested.
15:40
You then have a choice to see it as your brain making connections and perceiving patterns in the environment and or a convergence of forces more universal than your brain alone.
16:11
Either way, you would be right.
16:15
Identifying synchronicities can validate your process of manifestation and spur you on. So embrace them and enjoy them.
16:35
Remember that you can make any notes that may be helpful to you in your journal after answering the reflection question.
16:48
If you have any questions or you'd like to share something, please feel free to do so in the course classroom.
17:04
when you feed your learning forward.
17:09
When you use your own experience to inspire and support others through their own manifestation journey.
17:22
Not only do you get the delight of helping another soul to learn and grow.
17:33
You solidify your own learning and your own growth. You get to master the craft for yourself.
17:47
If your learning ends with you, you might settle for a somewhat vague understanding.
17:57
Bared to the level of integration you cement when you pass that understanding on to others.
18:10
This feeding forward can be done with anyone whom you feel would be responsive and welcoming of your support and encouragement.
18:28
loved ones, family members, friends.
18:37
colleagues.
18:41
The for this course is also a great place to feed forward. I encourage and welcome this.
18:57
So start the whole process knowing that you will be inspiring and supporting others to do the same.
19:11
And notice the difference that this makes from day one.
19:21
Journaling your experiences, desires, setbacks, successes, fears and courage, struggles and breakthroughs. Once a day, every day is golden.
19:47
It can help in so many ways to balance, maintain and develop your mental wellbeing.
19:59
Furthermore, it works wonders for your manifestation journey.
20:07
Especially if you don't currently have so many people around you who you feel comfortable opening up to.
20:23
Journaling needn't take up too much of your time.
20:29
even if you write three simple words just before you go to sleep.
20:38
or when you wake up.
20:42
There exists a conversation you know you have every day.
20:51
acknowledging what it's like to be you.
20:59
tracing a path of your existence and well-being.
21:09
If you choose to keep a journal of your journey of manifestation, this can serve to consolidate the affirmations, visualizations and feelings.
21:26
It can help to work through difficult moments so they become learning moments.
21:36
help to identify areas to work through that you can bring to the classroom for this course.
21:47
can track the development of your skill and habit.
21:55
It can bring to light what works and what doesn't serve you.
22:02
can help you to remember your synchronicities and tune yourself in to notice more.
22:13
can help to remain consistent in your approach to manifestation. And it can become a record of a meaningful and important journey that you can look back on with fondness.
22:33
All you need is a pen and a notepad.
22:38
or a notes app on your phone.
22:43
Just date each entry and write.
22:53
This is not just a course, it's a community.
22:59
Just like with journaling, when you share your experiences, desires, setbacks, successes, fears, courage, struggles, and breakthroughs on the course classroom,
23:28
you can be listened to and supported.
23:34
You can get live assistance and you can get live encouragement.
23:44
and not just from me.
23:48
other classroom participants as well.
23:56
As mentioned earlier, feeding your learning forward is universally beneficial. And I encourage you to do this in the classroom community. The connections you make and affinities you find in the classroom can be strong and lasting.
24:23
So why not drop in and say hi after you've answered the reflection question.

The question is not so much “what do you want to manifest?”, but “what do you want to manifest for?” In this “eyes open” lesson you will discover: how we are already manifesting and that it may not necessarily be in the way you would choose; how, while your manifestation can unlock so much, it is not the only force in play in your life; the importance of reflecting on what it is that you want to accomplish through manifesting; how true fulfillment is an inside job, before it is an outside job; the importance of healthy core states of being as a foundation for truly fulfilling manifesting.

00:32
question is not so much, what do you want to manifest?
00:40
But what do you want to manifest for?
00:47
Keep your journal handy so that if anything in particular resonates with you, you can note it down.
01:00
We are saying that life is not something that happens to us, but something we can create. That we're not passive victims to the whims of random events.
01:19
If this is 100 % true
01:24
then manifesting must work the other way around too.
01:32
If I become depressed or anxious
01:38
This too must be self-generated, right?
01:45
How about if I become homeless?
01:51
or a victim of a violent crime.
01:57
Did I bring that on myself?
02:04
What are we already manifesting in life?
02:10
Manifesting is based on the premise that we can all generate a positive and favourable life for ourselves and by proxy for others.
02:27
whether we focus internally or externally.
02:38
The truth is that yes, my thoughts, beliefs and view of the world likely played a part in my depression and anxiety.
02:53
Does that mean that these things are the only factor? No. Does that mean that I intended it? No. It's true that my thoughts, beliefs and view of the world played a part in the sequence of events that led to becoming homeless or being attacked.
03:22
But again, it was far from the only factor and it was not my intention.
03:34
When placed in a difficult situation, having responsibility for how we can get out of it or resolve it can be empowering and life-changing.
03:49
Whereas remaining in a victim mindset can keep us trapped by the belief that all life is something that just happens to us.
04:07
On the other hand, if we take responsibility for something that happened to us that wasn't our fault, it can taint who we believe we are and how we believe the world to be in a very damaging way.
04:37
Many of the beliefs we hold about ourselves, others and the world are formed when we are too young to be responsible and can stick around even when we grow up, develop agency and capability.
05:02
What's done is done.
05:07
The blame game is over.
05:12
but we can manifest anew.
05:17
We can harness our pragmatism and generate change for the better.
05:28
I believe in manifesting. But I don't believe that we manifest 100 % of our reality. Rather, that we input instructions.
05:45
into our internal psychological and biological systems, our interpersonal systems, and even perhaps our quantum universal systems. And they in turn interpret literally and play forward into the world.
06:16
What are we really trying to accomplish through manifesting?
06:24
There are certain core and universal ways of being in life that we all want to have as familiar and available to us. Such as safety, freedom, belonging, fulfilment, and of course, love.
06:52
Sometimes we can get caught in a habit of trying to access these ways of being that does not harmonize with our life.
07:11
We try to gain access to these states in both healthy and unhealthy ways.
07:21
Some use drugs, alcohol or sex. Some overwork themselves, obsessed with their appearance online and offline. Or try to make people laugh to please others.
07:42
Some isolate themselves from the perceived danger in the world.
07:50
when these approaches don't sustainably make these core states available.
07:58
we may begin to lose hope.
08:02
Believing ourselves to be incapable of feeling normal like everyone else.
08:12
that we are not good enough somehow.
08:20
Does this ever feel like you?
08:25
Once you've accomplished your desired outcome, will you be genuinely fulfilled?
08:35
content.
08:39
What does your gut say?
08:44
Can a belief in receiving abundance coexist with a belief in giving as little as possible?
08:56
Perhaps it can.
09:00
On a material level, there are plenty of examples of people, as well as corporate and government entities, who own a staggering amount of stuff and resources, yet do all they can to take more from those who have comparatively little.
09:30
On a psychological level, it's no stretch to consider that such a system of belief and action comes from an enduring belief in scarcity that contradicts reality.
09:49
feeling of not being enough. There is not enough to go around.
09:58
and a blindness to an abundance of contradictory evidence.
10:07
This does not mean that every billionaire believes they're not enough.
10:13
or that every person who believes they're not enough is a billionaire.
10:20
It does mean that material wealth and the material world in general does little to address our emotional pain and vulnerability.
10:37
It means that many people are not yet capable of enjoying the wealth that they may have worked so hard to accumulate.
10:53
It means the working from the outside in.
10:59
Looking primarily to the external, material world to fulfill your deepest desires is to miss a trick.
11:16
Once safety, freedom, belonging, fulfilment and love, for example, are familiar and available to you within you.
11:32
not as perpetual states of being but available and accessible.
11:42
You might think that the material world has nothing more to offer in this situation.
11:54
On the contrary, it has so much more to offer.
12:03
things start to happen.
12:07
People often find that they start to get access to the material things you thought you always wanted but are no longer attached to.
12:24
you can enjoy them knowing that what you really needed was to belong, to feel love, freedom or fulfillment.
12:42
the engagement in the material world becomes less fearful, less desperate.
12:52
and more joyful.
12:58
So inner abundance comes before external abundance.
13:05
but the external is still there.
13:10
We don't live in this three-dimensional physical domain for long. So let's work out how to play the game and enjoy it all. From the inside out.
13:32
How about if you start from the inside out?
13:39
by manifesting a belief or view of the world such as you are safe.
13:51
You are secure.
13:57
You belong.
14:01
You are deserving.
14:07
People care.
14:12
People are generous.
14:17
Or, my need for love and security is abundantly met by the world.
14:29
and asking yourself.
14:33
How would a world like this look?
14:37
How would I look, think and feel as a person who is safe and belongs?
14:50
How would I show up living in this world?
14:59
Do you wonder what could be possible?
15:05
Are you curious about what you might discover?
15:13
You're very welcome to share any thoughts you might have about what I've said in the course classroom.

00:34
Make sure you have your journal to hand for this lesson.
00:42
There will be a relaxation in each meditation in this course.
00:50
Only this is an extra deep one.
00:57
Because relaxation is such an important and often overlooked part of manifesting
01:10
I gave it a dedicated section within the course.
01:19
The more you repeat this, the more accustomed your body will become to relaxing deeply.
01:29
quicker it will happen, the deeper you will go and the more you will gain from manifesting.
01:44
Your brain is part of your body. So naturally if your body relaxes, your brain relaxes.
01:56
When your brain relaxes, your prefrontal cortex orchestrates the activity in the rest of your brain. And this is associated with greater control of thoughts and emotions.
02:20
Your brain is a physical circuit for what your mind does and experiences.
02:31
So when your body and brain relax, your mind relaxes.
02:40
And when your mind relaxes, it goes into creative mode. Perfect for manifesting.
02:56
Another complementary method for relaxation is through association. We can have a go now.
03:10
I'm going to ask you to think of a place that you associate with being relaxed.
03:20
Person whom you feel or felt relaxed around
03:27
and an activity you do or did that makes or made you feel relaxed
03:40
Each time I will ask you to gently press your thumb and forefinger together on one hand when you feel the relaxation.
03:58
Let's begin with a relaxing place.
04:04
on a scale of 1 to 10.
04:09
How relaxed would you say you feel now?
04:16
Make a mental note of this number.
04:24
ring to mind, a place of relaxation.
04:30
It could be a holiday destination, a place of nature, a hot tub.
04:41
in bed.
04:44
or somewhere else.
04:49
Put yourself in that place.
04:54
Notice what it is about your appearance that indicates relaxation in that place.
05:08
Notice what you see around you.
05:15
colours, the movement.
05:20
the stillness.
05:24
people and objects.
05:31
Notice what you hear around you.
05:40
the close and distant sounds.
05:49
Any talking?
05:52
the pitch and the volume.
06:02
Notice what you feel around you.
06:10
Yeah.
06:13
or water against your skin.
06:19
how you may be sitting, lying.
06:26
standing or walking.
06:34
Now notice how you feel inside you.
06:43
the warmth or coolness.
06:48
The heaviness, all likeness.
06:54
of movement or stillness.
07:01
the hardness or softness.
07:10
Now press your thumb and forefinger together.
07:20
and let go.
07:31
on a scale of 1 to 10.
07:37
How relaxed would you say you feel after bringing this place to mind?
07:49
Make a mental note of this number and note it in your journal.
08:02
and now the relaxing person
08:08
on a scale of 1 to 10.
08:12
How relaxed would you say you feel now?
08:18
Make a mental note of this number.
08:27
Bring to mind person with whom you feel relaxed.
08:35
could be someone from the past or present.
08:43
Someone you only met once.
08:47
or many times.
08:53
friend.
08:56
I'm a member.
09:00
colleague.
09:04
or someone else.
09:10
Imagine yourself with that person.
09:16
Notice what it is about your appearance.
09:22
that indicates relaxation.
09:29
Notice what you see around you
09:36
the colors.
09:40
movement or stillness.
09:47
people and objects.
09:55
Notice what you hear around you
10:03

10:30
the air or water against your skin.
10:37
how you may be sitting, lying, standing or walking.
10:49
Notice how you feel inside you.
10:56
The warmth or coolness. The heaviness or lightness.
11:08
the movement or stillness.
11:14
The hardness.
11:18
or softness.
11:24
Now press the same thumb and forefinger together.
11:33
and let go.
11:40
on a scale of 1 to 10.
11:45
How relaxed would you say you feel after bringing this person to mind?
11:56
Make a mental note of this number.
12:01
have noted in your journal.
12:10
And finally, the relaxing activity.
12:18
on a scale of 1 to 10.
12:23
How relaxed would you say you feel now?
12:31
Make a mental note of this number.
12:40
Bring to mind an activity that makes you or made you feel relaxed.
12:50
It could be an activity from the past or present.
12:58
something highly energized or very sedate
13:07
a a job
13:13
Shared or solitary?
13:24
Imagine yourself doing this thing
13:30
Notice what it is about your appearance that indicates relaxation.
13:44
Notice what you see around you.
13:51
the colours movement or stillness
14:00
people.

and objects.
14:09
Notice what you feel around you.
14:16
the air or water against your skin.
14:23
how you may be sitting, lying, standing, or walking.
14:36
Notice how you feel inside you.
14:44
The warmth or coolness.
14:50
the heaviness or lightness.
14:55
the movement or stillness.
15:02
The hardness or softness.
15:12
Now press the same thumb and forefinger together.
15:25
Let go.
15:34
on a scale of 1 to 10.
15:38
How relaxed would you say you feel after bringing this activity to mind?
15:48
Make a mental note of this number and note it in your journal.
16:03
You may now have an idea of which of these resources feels the most relaxing to you.
16:16
Feel free to press your thumb and forefinger together whenever you need to relax and every time you engage in the manifesting process.
16:39
In the following meditation I will guide you through another thorough relaxation.
16:50
Beginning with your breathing and the rhythm of your breathing and heartbeat that ripples through your body.
17:06
Next, I will help you to pay attention to the different muscle and soft tissue groups of your body relaxing.
17:22
Flowing on from this, I will use metaphor to help you to let your mind relax.
17:34
while you identify with or as your consciousness.

01:00
Do not do anything that could cause you or others harm if you were to relax deeply, both physically and mentally, for the duration of this meditation.
01:25
Do not drive or operate heavy machinery.
01:37
Listen to the musical sound. The soundical music.
01:45
and my voice.
01:54
In a moment, I'll ask you to breathe in to the count of four. Hold a full breath to the count of four.
02:08
Breathe out to the count of four.
02:14
hold empty lungs to the count of four.
02:22
And then, repeat.
02:30
In 1
02:35
Oh.
02:38
Hold full. One, two, three, four.

03:17
out one two three four hold empty one two three four
03:35
That's good. Now, let your breathing settle into a natural rhythm.
03:50
Notice a point in the center of your field of vision.
04:00
Let your eyes rest there for a moment while you continue to breathe.
04:11
Have you noticed that your top eyelids move closer to your bottom eyelids? And your bottom eyelids move closer to your top eyelids by a matter of millimeters every time you breathe out. And that when you rest,
04:41
your attention on this. You may begin to feel your tummy, your shoulders.
04:53
your ribcage gently rising and falling to the same rhythm.
05:06
that with a little effort.
05:12
You might see that point in the centre of your vision, fuzzy around the edges.
05:26
pulsating.
05:30
softly glowing.
05:34
in time.
05:39
and that it can be reassuring.
05:46
to remember.
05:49
that because your eyes, your tummy and your chest are relaxing.
06:01
It's clear that your body knows what to do.
06:10
to relax sweetly and deeply all by itself.
06:22
While your mind gets to take it all in.
06:27
and savour each moment.
06:33
of this majestic release.
06:40
like becoming weightless bit by bit
06:50
moment by moment.
06:57
Had you noticed how your entire body can settle into the same rhythm with your breath? Until now?
07:13
Your eyelids moving closer together with every breath.
07:22
Your tummy, your shoulders and your ribcage softly rising and settling in symphony.
07:43
It's as if each breath out.
07:48
unlocks a flow of relaxation for a new part of your body each time.
08:03
So whether your eyelids are closed or closer
08:12
It's okay to be curious about the visual beauty that exists on the inside of closed eyelids.
08:32
How in one way
08:36
The beauty can pulsate.
08:42
along with your breathing and in another way it can pulsate along with your heartbeat.
09:01
Settle your awareness on the top of your head, right in the centre, as if someone is softly blowing on the middle of your crown.
09:19
time with your breathing.
09:24
soft enough to make a candle flame flicker without blowing it out.
09:37
Each breath brings with it a slow wave of relaxation that ripples down across your scalp.
09:54
and through the center of your head.
10:02
With each wave, you can begin to notice another part relaxing.
10:15

10:18
A tendon.
10:21
Lickament.
10:25
Indeed, any other layer that you can conceive of, releasing, relaxing.

12:23
waves of peace and warmth rippling through your entire upper body in rhythm.
12:41

13:22

13:31

18:51

18:58
Blissfully relaxing, softer, lighter, all the way through and out your toes.
19:19
Press your thumb and forefinger together now.
19:31
and let go.
19:40
Renewing, replenishing, rejuvenating, just like a river.
19:52
as the liquid flows.
19:58
It brings with it thoughts and feelings, flotsam and jetsam.
20:10
dislodging branches.
20:15
locks and sticks as it goes and as it flows.
20:26
This is the nature of a river.
20:33
It's only a question of time.
20:40
All things are carried in and away by liquid.
20:50
some immediately, while others gradually smoothed by the current.
21:03
reshaped and sculpted into new elegant forms before loosening completely.
21:20
and riding the flow out into the ocean.
21:32
So while you may be the river itself, feeling the release and flow,
21:44
You can also be the observer.
21:50
Sitting, contently, upon the riverbank.
21:58
All in the canopy above, aware of the ripples, the sun glinting and refracting.
22:15
The sound of trickling water.
22:20
And the earthy, floral scent of nature.
22:28
The odd stick floating in and out of your vision.
22:38
in and out of view.
22:45
and in.
22:48
and a hound.
22:52
and in.
22:55
And out.
22:59
Everything evolving and dancing.
23:05
the same rhythm.
23:09
at its own rate and speed.
23:16
Just right.
23:20
just as it's meant to be.
23:30
Press your thumb and forefinger together now.
23:44
and
23:47
Release.
23:52
And by noticing the river, you notice yourself.
23:59
and by sitting and observing yourself.
24:04
you can be.
24:07
The Observer.
24:11
observing the observer.
24:16
noticing the noticer.
24:22
Observing the Observer.
24:28
noticing the noticeer.
24:34
Observing the Observer.
24:40
and all.
24:44
while you cannot know what it is to understand your consciousness.
24:57
What is abundantly clear?
25:03
is that neither are you who you had assumed yourself to be.
25:15
You are unlimited and free to imagine, to conjure, to create, to dream.
25:33
I wonder what it is like for you to notice yourself more and more relaxed every day.
25:49
in everything you do.
25:54
even while exercising.
26:01
even while working.
26:06
Is it comforting?
26:12
surprising.
26:16
Preassuring.
26:21
relieving
26:26
Whatever it's like, you can be present to that now.
26:37
being present to how it is to see, hear and feel yourself.
26:50
Come.
26:53
peaceful to your call.
26:59
in so many situations.
27:07
Whatever is going on with your body
27:13
with others and in your environment.
27:23
noticing how others respond differently to this deeply calm and peaceful you.
27:41
In a moment, I'm going to count to five.
27:48
By the next time you hear the number five, you can let your eyes open in your waking life with an abundance of skill and intuition available to you to relax deeply and frequently.
28:19
One. Breathing in freshness.
28:27
to noticing the sounds or silence around you.
28:39
Three. Wiggling your fingers and toes.
28:48
Four, stretching. And five, eyes open and ready.

In this “eyes open” lesson you will learn to: create affirmations according to what would really bring you fulfilment; design them to help you feel something you want to feel ("acceptance", "fulfilment", "gratitude", "love", for example); design them so that they spark your emotion and imagination to see, hear and feel yourself having accomplished them; design them so that what you affirm can be seen as true every day that you affirm it, as well as the day that you have accomplished it; structure affirmations in the present tense (“you accept”, rather than “you will accept”, for example); refer to yourself in the second person, as “you”, not “I”; keep it simple, aiming for somewhere between 1 and 25 words; that imperfect affirmations are perfect. Following this lesson you will have an opportunity to craft an affirmation for something you want to manifest in your journal, that you can then use to help develop your foresense and bring into the subsequent meditation.

00:32
Affirmations are emotionally supportive and encouraging declarations that bring new possibilities into being. are one of a number of interrelated tools. They can be declared and repeated as thoughts or out loud. They're an important part of manifesting.
01:01
because they can conjure or sense or vice versa because they can become internalised as thoughts then beliefs and because they can override limiting thoughts and beliefs
01:21
Force sense goes hand in hand with affirmation. It can arise spontaneously or can be considered and constructed.
01:35
Four sense illuminates your affirmations visually and also through sound, feelings, tastes and smells. Specifically, they illuminate a scenario that can only occur once your affirmations are fully manifested and complete. Like a future memory.
02:06
How do you know when affirmations and visualizations are working?
02:13
when you feel something.
02:17
So the more you focus, the richer the sound of the affirmation, the greater the colour and motion of the four sense, the more likely you are to feel something. It may be subtle or strong. Either way, it's something. It's enough.
02:45
This is an important and beautiful moment. This is where your mirror neurons fire and your body experiences your desired outcome as if it's real.
03:04
So let's get down to crafting your affirmation and force sense.
03:15
When crafting your affirmation, create your affirmations intuitively. Ask yourself, what would really bring you fulfilment?
03:31
Design it to help you feel something you want to feel.
03:38
Acceptance, fulfilment, gratitude, love for example. If the affirmations are what you enter into the sat-nav, the emotions are the fuel that gets you there.
03:57
Design it so that it sparks your emotion and imagination to see, hear and feel yourself having accomplished it.
04:11
Design it so that what you affirm can be seen as true every day that you affirm it, as well as the day that you have accomplished it.
04:28
Are you already a millionaire? If not, would you affirm, for example, that you are a millionaire? Or you have the abundant mindset and you feel the security and freedom of a millionaire?
04:51
Speak in the present tense. You accept rather than you will accept, for example. You're creating the conditions of your desired outcome here and now.
05:11
Refer to yourself in the second person as you, not I. You joyfully help others live fulfilled lives rather than I joyfully help others live fulfilled lives. Imagine telling yourself, I love me and see how it feels.
05:39
then imagine someone else telling you, I love you. Which is likely to have more impact. We tend to believe and take seriously positive messages from others over ourselves.
06:03
Keep it simple. Aim for somewhere between 1 and 25 words. As you become more adept at the manifestation process, you can try adding more complexity and see how it goes. Although it's not necessary to make it complex.
06:32
Imperfect affirmations are perfect. Just get going with something that's good enough. If there are improvements to make, they will come to you as you progress.
06:52
Here's an affirmation that works for me. If you're unsure where to begin, you can take this and make it your own.
07:05
You joyfully help others live fulfilling and satisfying lives. You graciously accept the abundance that hence cascades into and flows through your life.
07:25
You joyfully help others live fulfilling and satisfying lives. You graciously accept the abundance that hence cascades into and flows through your life.
07:46
Take a moment to develop your affirmation in your journal after you've answered the review question. When you've created something that feels right for you, move forward with developing and amplifying your foresense.
08:07
If you have any questions or if you'd like to share something, please feel free to do so in the course classroom.

In this “eyes open” lesson you will: learn how powerful foresense, especially coupled with affirmations, can be; learn how it works on multiple levels; learn to embrace the joy of exploring the astounding possibilities that a quantum universe can imply, while keeping your feet rooted in a more commonly shared Newtonian view of the universe; learn a useful question to prompt the generation of your foresense; learn how to amplify the intensity of your foresense and bring it back to the present moment. Following this lesson you will have an opportunity to craft your foresense for something you want to manifest in your journal, that you can bring into the forthcoming meditation.

Visualisation is the term used for picturing something enough that you create the expectation for it to happen. Only it involves more than just vision. At least when visualisation is at its most effective, it's accompanied with sounds and feelings or even tastes and smells.
01:01
This is why I prefer to use the term 4Sense, which literally means sensing something in advance.
01:13
Not everything we expect to happen happens. However, if it is possible and if we can do something to make it happen, expectation generates greater certainty than hope, for example.
01:35
This is an example of how foresense can work psychologically.
01:44
On the biological level, foresense activates the same circuits in your brain that would be activated if what you sense is happening for real. Not only your brain but your heart rate, breathing rate, galvanic skin response, which means sweating, muscle tone, multiple systems in your body behave as if what you sense is happening.
02:14
for real.
02:17
On the interpersonal level, it's easy to see how a change in your psychology and physiology can have an impact on the people you come into contact with.
02:33
This is a little more tricky to demonstrate. But the notion that your focused foresense can also make things happen out there in the world or universe may not be confined to the realms of conspiracy anymore. Entities that through conventional thinking seem disconnected may not necessarily be so.
03:04
There's evidence to suggest that a human consciousness alters the nature of matter.
03:15
Even if this notion is an illusion, it can be a very powerful way to stay motivated and joyful in the process of manifestation. Just remember that when we delve into this side of manifestation, it's about the exciting exploration of possibility, not about the universally verifiable
03:44
and understood facts.
03:48
It's not commonly believed that this is how the universe works and life affords greater well-being for everyone when we keep at least one foot in a shared notion of reality. This can be handled beautifully through manifesting connection, belonging and community, for example.
04:18
So you may have already begun to fore-sense your affirmation.
04:28
question that generates your four senses not so much, what would it take to get there? This is a useful question, but for another moment.
04:43
The question to ask is, what would constitute evidence to you that convinces you your affirmation is complete?
04:57
See it, hear it, smell it, taste it and feel it.
05:06
The feeling can be environmental, like the breeze against your skin or emotional, like a sense of belonging that you feel.
05:20
Pay attention to the details like particular colours and intensities Directions, volumes and pitches of sounds Floral, woody or citrus smells
05:40
sweet or umami flavours. Rest your attention on the qualities you can sense and leave the rest for another day.
06:03
it back to the emotion again. How do you feel emotionally within this four sense?
06:15
This is also how you feel now.
06:21
Remember that and proceed with your day knowing that this feeling is available and familiar.
06:32
Take a moment to develop your foresense in your journal after you have answered the review question.
06:43
When you have created something that feels right for you, move forward with the work of embedding it into your being.
06:57
If you have any questions or if you would like to share something feel free to do so in the course classroom

Enter this manifestation meditation with an affirmation and four cents in mind. Just one outcome for now.
00:44
Feel free to look at your journal to refresh your mind, then place it out of reach before proceeding.
00:55
Find yourself a relaxing spot. Comfortably recline or lie down completely. Put your phone on silent and set your personal space to uninterrupted mode. Do not do anything that could cause you or others harm if you were to relax deeply. Both physically and mentally.
01:24
for the duration of this meditation.
01:28
Do not drive or operate heavy machinery.
01:36
Imagine for a moment that you could only listen to this meditation once. How deeply would you engage? I encourage you to proceed with this intention. Of course, there is nothing to stop you from coming back to this meditation if you feel it would be helpful to have a top up.
02:04
Listen to the sound and the music and my voice.
02:12
In a moment, I'll ask you to breathe in to the count of four, hold to the count of four, breathe out to the count of four, hold to the count of four, and then repeat.
02:37
In, one, two, three, four. Hold, one, two, three, four. Out, one, two, three, four. Hold, one, two, three, four. In, one,

into a natural rhythm.
03:45
Notice a point in the center of your field of vision.
03:51
Let your eyes rest there for a moment.
04:00
Have you ever noticed how your entire body can settle into the same rhythm with your breath? Until now.
04:14
your eyelids moving closer together with every breath.
04:22
Your tummy, your shoulders, and your ribcage softly rise and settle in symphony.
04:38
It's as if each breath out unlocks a flow of relaxation for a new part of your body each time.
04:57
So, your eyelids are closer or closed
05:06
It's okay to be curious about the visual beauty that exists with eyes closed.
05:20
how in one way it pulsates along with your breathing
05:30
and in another it pulsates along with your heartbeat.
05:42
Listen to your inner voice now, speaking or even singing your affirmation.
05:51
Hear it coming from deep within and feel the resonance that it makes.
06:01
Feel free to vocalise it if it's appropriate for you to do so.
06:10
Listen again and again. Each time the sound is richer and the vibration deeper. Hear it and feel it.
06:32
It's time to notice your physical self in completion. Living out a scene that can only exist through your outcome having been fulfilled.
06:50
Settle in this moment and breathe.

After the script has been written and the director has directed the actors acting, the film is ready.
07:18
Find yourself at the entrance to your private cinema.
07:25
The lighting is low and the sound absorbed as you walk towards the door across the soft carpet.
07:39
You open the door and step down into the cinema.
07:46
Take your seat. Just where you like it.
07:53
The open and the projection lights up the screen.
08:02
The focus is sharp, the colours rich and the sound deep and immersive.
08:16
Your Four Cents film begins.
08:21
Watch your outcome play through and listen to the sounds.
08:29
Feel the deep low frequencies, the body of the midrange and the sparkle of the high frequencies.
08:46
bursting with colour and clarity, the sweetness and spice with freshness and fragrance.
09:01
Notice the details. Any people involved?
09:08
Listen to what is said and express.
09:17
Watch it unfold and let it repeat as it gains clarity. Clearer and clearer. More and more rich and colourful in sound, image, taste and smell.
09:42
richer and deeper feelings and emotions.
09:50
See yourself on the screen, complete and fulfilled in your own unique way. Look deeply into your eyes as you move closer to the screen. As you step up right in front of the screen, you can feel its warmth.
10:17
as you behold yourself in your element, towering above.
10:25
Now, step into the screen, integrate, feel that oneness, that wholeness, feel just how it feels to have accomplished your outcome. Notice that feeling.
10:50
Notice where you feel it in your body. In one place, in several places, or the whole body. The weight or lightness.
11:11
the movement or stillness.
11:17
The roughness or smoothness
11:24
Coolness of warmth.
11:30
Notice that you are feeling this wherever you are physically, now, in this very moment.
11:43
You are manifesting the feeling, the product of your transformation.
11:52
It's rooted within you, here and now.
12:02
You may naturally begin to notice a kind of choices and action that this opens up in you.
12:14
and the serendipity that may unfold.
12:22
Questions and sharing. Always welcome in the course classroom.
12:35
In a moment, I'm going to count to five. And by the next time you hear the number five, you can let your eyes open in your waking life.
12:52
with embedded multi-sensory affirmation and force sense, generating a richness of life and manifestation experience now and into the future.
13:16
One. Breathing in freshness.
13:23
2. Noticing the sounds of silence around you 3. Wiggling your toes and fingers
13:36
Or stretching?
13:40
Five, eyes open and ready.

This meditation begins with an “eyes open” introduction that helps you to create your own action steps, with the following question: “what is a step, that you know you will follow through on, that paves the way between where you are now and your desired outcome?”. It then transitions into a meditation that helps you to develop your action steps, applying your affirmations and foresense. It continues to help you explore the context and gains of having taken such a step for you and others and embedding your deliberate action as new habits.

Setting steps for yourself that remain incomplete has the reverse effect. Providing evidence to yourself that you don't make things happen. That you're not capable.
00:49
Setting steps that you commit to affirms that you're on your way, that your deliberate action is making a positive difference in the world and it enriches your journey along with your destination.
01:09
This is not a plan. A plan is about complexity. This is just doing something. Albeit, something you haven't done before. It's about simplicity. You know yourself. You're here because there are important steps you've not yet followed through on. It's time
01:39
for a change.
01:42
Maybe you have a lot to do and it seems like you have a mountain to climb
01:53
But if you don't do something, however small, you will never do a lot.
02:04
So make your step small enough so that the apprehension is just whelming enough.
02:17
not overwhelming.
02:21
so that the apprehension is small enough for you to hold and appreciate. While you take a step, you know you will take.
02:41
Take a moment to reflect and use your journal to come up with three steps to take.
02:51
Feel free to ask questions in the course classroom later on.
02:58
A good question to ask could be, what is a step that you know you will follow through on that paves the way between where you are now and your desired outcome?
03:27
embedding deliberate action meditation.
03:34
Listen to the musical sound and the soundical music and my voice.
03:45
In a moment, I'll ask you to breathe in to the count of four. Hold a breath to the count of four. Breathe out to the count of four.
04:06
Hold to the count of four and then repeat.
04:16
In. One. Two. Three. Four. Hold. One. Two. Three. Four. Out. One. Two. Three. Four. Hold. One. Two. Three. Four.
04:47
In. One. Two. Three. Four. Hold. One. Two. Three. Four. Out. One. Two. Three. Four. Hold. One. Two. Three. Four.
05:18
That's good. Now let your breathing settle into a natural rhythm.
05:30
By now, you are familiar with your chosen outcome for manifestation.
05:39
So consider this outcome.
05:44
Consider what you affirm to yourself and visualize that can only have occurred after your manifestation is complete.
06:02
Bring this to mind and notice how it makes you feel.
06:13
from the position of having already manifested your desire.
06:21
Remember back to how it started.
06:29
to the version of you listening to this meditation.
06:39
What were the first steps that this you took?
06:49
Bring one forward now.
06:54
that you know you will do.
06:59
that is 100 % achievable.
07:07
See, hear, be and feel yourself taking that action step.
07:22
Notice any interactions or happenings with anyone else involved.
07:34
Notice through your own eyes.
07:43
notice through seeing yourself through someone else's eyes.
07:56
notice by observing yourself and any others from above.
08:11
Notice what you notice about yourself.
08:17
indicates you feel the way you do.
08:25
How do you move?
08:29
How do you use your body?
08:35
What would you notice about your facial expression?
08:48
Consider what you affirm to yourself and foresense that can only have occurred after your manifestation is complete.
09:19
Good. Now consider another action step that you know you will take.
09:30
just right for you at this stage in your manifestation process.
09:42
See, hear and feel yourself taking that action step.
09:53
Notice any interactions or happenings with anyone else involved.
10:06
notice through your own eyes.
10:19
Notice through someone else's eyes.
10:32

10:45

11:00
How would you move?
11:04
How would you use your body?
11:17
What would you notice about your facial expression?
11:35
Excellent. Now, one more step to make three. You know you will take.
11:48
See, hear and feel yourself taking that action step.
12:04
Notice any interactions or happenings with anyone else involved.
12:23

13:19
How would you move?
13:23
How would you use your body?
13:36
What would you notice about your facial expression?
13:51
Good work. Now.
13:56
Just consider how exciting it is to find this process simpler and simpler as you grow in skill and confidence.
14:16
The you have for all you are doing and the progress you make.
14:28
the difference you know people notice by putting these steps into play.
14:42
Commit now to recalling these affirmations and generating these action steps each morning before you get out of bed.
15:02
so that by the time you're out of bed
15:09
You know you have these steps ready to go.
15:19
You can find joy and fulfillment at making this a new normal, a new habit.
15:34
Just as you brush your teeth and breathe the air you are breathing now.
15:52
In a moment, I'm going to count to five. And by the next time you hear the number five, you can let your eyes open in your waking life with fulfillment in action steps that you continue to enjoy creating and making.
16:20
One. Breathing in freshness.

In this “eyes open” lesson you will: learn what is meant by the term “synchronicity”; discover why they are powerful, whatever you believe them to be; learn that synchronicities are enchanting indications of your manifestation success; discover why synchronicities are great when they occur, but are not a necessity for manifestation to work; become equipped to bring any synchronicities to the course classroom and keep track of them in your journal.

You may see or choose to see manifestation as implementing an agreement for change between your unconscious mind, the collective unconscious, a quantum field, the universe or God, for example.
00:58
If so, synchronicity is where this entity responds to you, confirming a change.
01:15
If you look for this response, if you are open to it, you will hear it, see it and feel it.
01:30
We all need acknowledgement and feedback and the synchronicity provides this.
01:42
You may be familiar with the French term déjà vu which means happened before
01:55
This is an example of synchronicity.
02:01
A moment occurs in day to day life which strangely feels as if it has already happened and you may or may not be able to put your finger on how or why.
02:23
This is your cue to pay attention.
02:28
You don't necessarily need to find the synchronicities meaning.
02:37
Just notice, acknowledge and feel whatever you feel.
02:48
This sense that has already happened is mirrored in the four sense stage of this manifestation process where you imagine yourself in a way that could be possible after having achieved your outcome.
03:11
When your mind relates to your outcome as having already happened it can hook on to the familiarity of it and when this input is reflected back out there in the world in a way that seems to say yes your affirmation or foresense has been received
03:40
and is in process.
03:44
The manifestation is then consolidated.
03:52
Asynchronicity can be directly or indirectly associated with your affirmation or force sense.
04:03
For example, if your outcome is to be confident in social situations, you may hear someone mention in passing that you're a confident person.
04:20
On the other hand, you may see a yellow glove on your way to a party that reminds you of something you saw in your foresense or just gives you an unexplained sense of déjà vu.
04:44
Synchronicities are a good indication of the path that you are on.
04:51
But a lack of perceived synchronicity does not necessarily indicate the wrong path.
05:03
At the end of the day, the results that you get, whatever the scale, are the truest indications of success.
05:17
Remember that other course participants and I are available in the classroom to provide support if you ever feel like you're struggling.
05:37
While it may not be a surprise to you that synchronicities do occur, the content of the synchronicity is, by necessity, unpredictable.
05:54
You never know how, where or when they will pop up.
06:02
It's like the most enthralling game of Whack-a-Mole Expect the unexpected
06:15
By making a note of your synchronicities in your journal, you're saying this is important.
06:25
contributing to and enhancing the process of manifestation.
06:33
I would suggest noting synchronicities as soon as you can after they occur in order to remember them.
06:45
Like dreams, they can slip away if we don't make a point of identifying and recording them.
06:55
The same thing happens when you share synchronicities in the classroom.
07:03
The more you share, the more you get and the more others get.

Your tummy, your shoulders and your ribcage softly rise and settle in symphony.
04:17
It's as if each breath out unlocks a flow of relaxation for a new part of your body each time.
04:36

04:45
It's okay to be curious about the visual beauty that exists with eyes closed.

05:21
During your day, you may find yourself wondering.
05:30
Was that just a random coincidence?
05:36
Or is the universe feeding something back to me?
05:47
When you ask that kind of question, means that synchronicities are on your radar.
06:03
You get to choose how you reply.
06:11
However you reply, you are correct.
06:21
Whatever you choose. The wonderful thing about your life. Offering forth synchronicities.
06:37
as the surprise.
06:41
childlike sense that there is magic in the world and it's not just for children.
06:57
You won't know what will happen or when it will happen. You will only know that it will happen.

This meditation: helps you to notice and feel pride in your accomplishments and to be energised in identifying what you would choose to do differently tomorrow and strikes a distinction between the consistently safe and acceptable “you”, perfect as you are and the things you “do”, as part of a game, where you can set the boundaries to play in the way you would choose.

05:20
So, you've put so much of yourself into manifesting input.
05:30
Now, how do you take stock of your progress and stay committed without falling foul of over self-criticism?
05:53
How do you embrace the rough and the smooth as part of the whole?
06:08
Consider that what you do is distinct from who you are.
06:20
You can be no other person.
06:27
No other way. Right now.
06:35
is nothing, or no one else, that you should be.
06:47
After all, should presupposes the reality is wrong.
07:01
I'm not quite sure how reality can be wrong. Are you?
07:18
So let's establish.
07:23
There is a fundamental...
07:27
you that is consistently acceptable and secure.
07:38
whether you are aware of it at any given moment.
07:50
This part, permanently unencumbered by what you do and don't do, has the best of intentions and is perpetually innocent, like a child.
08:23
It exists beyond behaviour.
08:30
It exists in your existence. Your being.
08:43
Your doing or behaviours are when
08:53
forward of your being.
08:58
comes into contact with the world.
09:05
you're doing.
09:10
has a small window of predictability and controllability. The game of impacting the world through this window is a skill and
09:37
is refined throughout our lives.
09:47
playing field of this game contains hundreds of opportunities for mishits.
10:04
inaccuracies and imperfection.
10:12
making the opportunities for success all the more exciting.
10:27
So we have the choice to embrace and integrate this imperfection.
10:43
Or to resist it?
10:50
wonder what you would choose.
10:59
Not so often, but often enough for it to be just right.
11:10
We do something that shines a bit or a lot more.
11:22
world speaks back to us.
11:30
something that constitutes the most authentic expression of ourselves.
11:42
and aligns our deepest desires.
11:48
the response.
11:52
It stands out from the seemingly random nature of the wild.
12:03
and other times.
12:10
We simply do something we had set our minds to.
12:17
We do it. And it works.
12:24
Now bring your awareness to all the things that you have not done over your lifetime. What you have not done includes nearly everything in the universe.
12:56
How about the things you wanted to do and did not do?
13:08
The items remaining on the list.
13:15
That list could be a thousand items long.
13:24
Or it could be one item long.
13:32
Imagine you had a to-do list.
13:38
Seven items.
13:42
And you complete four.
13:49
How would you feel about that?
13:58
Imagine your list to be three items long.
14:05
And you complete all three.
14:11
How does that feel now?
14:17
Or, imagine even that your list was three items long.
14:28
and you complete four tasks. How do you feel about that?
14:42
I wonder in which of these scenarios you would feel more inclined to spring out of bed and throw yourself into your day.
15:05
I wonder which would make you feel more capable.
15:13
Be and raise your belief about what you can achieve.
15:25
This is the difference between falling short of your expectations, meeting and surpassing your expectations.
15:47
Think of the person you love the most in the world.
15:57
Would you set them up for a fall?
16:03
since there is no good reason not to treat yourself in the same way.
16:17
How about giving yourself a task you know you will follow through on?
16:34
So was there anything in your day today that you wanted to do that you did not do?
16:49
You have the choice now.
16:53
between chastising yourself, or falling.
17:01
I healing.
17:04
being curious about how this learning can contribute to tomorrow.
17:17
knowing that you are perfect just as you are right now.
17:29
perfectly imperfect behaviour.
17:38
And how about doing something tomorrow?
17:44
that you know you will do. Even on a day where you don't feel your best self.
18:06
And now, what is there that you wanted to do and did do through your own volition?
18:21
What is there that you did not expect?
18:29
Find these moments now, settling into your contentment, that warm place of grace and gratitude.
18:47
all these things, the growth and learning you're gaining through all these experiences.
19:03
And the fact that you are here now. At this place in time.
19:15
with the opportunity to continue this journey tomorrow.
19:26
Let your mind do what it does best. Rest your awareness on your breathing while your unconscious mind takes stock.
19:48
process is these experiences?
19:54
As the gardener prepares fertile ground.
20:01
Tomorrow's nourishing food and beautiful flowers to grow.

This course is created and led by Jonny Baker, a meditation guide, therapist, and coach with over 20 years of experience. Jonny holds a master’s degree in psychology, a diploma in hypnotherapy, and NLP qualifications as an advanced master practitioner. The course soundscapes and exercises are directly influenced by the analytical psychology of Carl Jung and the quantum mindset principles of Dr. Joe Dispenza.

Referring to yourself as "you" (for example, "you accept" rather than "I accept" or "you will accept") allows your brain to receive the affirmation more easily and bypass habitual mental filters. Affirmations in this program are designed to be concise (1 to 25 words), written in the present tense, and structured to spark immediate emotion and sensory imagination.

No formal meditation experience is required. However, because the lessons involve deep visualization and state shifting, individuals who find it difficult to distinguish imagined content from reality are advised to undertake this course only with approval from a medical professional.

Foresense is the practice of generating, amplifying, and bringing the subtle emotional state of an accomplished goal back into your present moment. Synchronicities are meaningful coincidences or external signs that reflect your internal focus. While synchronicities serve as delightful indicators of your practice taking root, they are not a prerequisite for manifestation to work.

Journaling is used in several "eyes open" lessons to craft custom affirmations, define actionable daily steps, and record personal breakthroughs. The course classroom provides a dedicated space to log synchronicities, share insights and seek guidance.

The program equips you with two core daily tools designed for ongoing use: a Morning Manifesting Input to set your daily emotional foundation, amplify affirmations, and plan action steps; and an Evening Manifesting Review to reflect on your day, release tension, celebrate accomplishments, and prepare your mind for restful sleep.
